Muay Thai has been one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world and uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This Discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
Muay Thai beginner classes will introduce you to the foundations which will include a variety of skills including, stance, walk, and weapons (punch, kick, knee & elbow). Another great art which can be used as Self-Defence and it will improve your physical fitness.
